- Ingredients for a cup of tea : 1 teaspoon of star anise seeds, 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 250 ml of water
- Preparation : Put the spices in a cup and pour them with 250 ml of hot water.
- Let the tea steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
- After pulling, remove the spices from the cup.
