Strato HiDrive no longer synchronizes - what to do?
- You can try to check the attributes of the files and folders. To do this, connect to your NAS via SFTP and right-click on the files or folders. Choose "File Attributes".
- Make sure the files are 644 and folder 755. Then click "Sync Now" to save the changes.
- Note: For the synchronization to work, the date and time on your PC must be set correctly.
