- Open the start menu and right click on "Command Prompt". Select "Run as administrator".
- We use the following example: The folder "Chip" should be moved from "C: \" to "C: \ Practical tips".
- Enter the command "mklink / JC: \ Chip C: \ Practical tips \ Chip" in the command prompt and confirm with [Enter].
- In the "C: \" folder you will now find a symlink from the "Chip" folder that will lead you to the correct path.
- To remove this link again, enter the command "rmdir“ C: \ Chip ".
