T-Mobile: Cancel your contract online - how it works
- The easiest way to cancel is to use the following form from T-Mobile. Simply fill out all the fields and submit the form. In the next few days you will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
- Alternatively, you can log in to Mein T-Mobile online. The link takes you directly to the relevant area, where you can cancel your contract with T-Mobile.
T-Mobile: Cancel the contract in writing - how it works
- Written termination by post is also possible. Use the T-Mobile notice of termination or write a letter yourself.
- Then send the cancellation to the following address: Telekom Deutschland GmbH, Postfach 30 04 44, 53184 Bonn. Fax 0180 5 33 06 33.
- In addition to your name and address, the cancellation should also include your mobile phone number, SIM card number and customer number.

T-Mobile: How long is the notice period?
- Most T-Mobile contracts have a term of 24 months. The notice period is then 3 months. If you do not cancel in time, the contract will be extended for another 12 months.
- With tariffs without a fixed term, you can cancel more flexibly. The tariff will be terminated six weeks after your cancellation has been received by T-Mobile.
