- In some cases, Telekom does not display emails correctly if you have activated one or more ad blockers in your browser.
- Therefore, deactivate it or allow the T-Online page in the settings so that the e-mails are displayed correctly.
- For some users, incorrect widgets in T-Online's email center ensure that the emails are not displayed correctly. Therefore, remove these widgets by clicking on all widgets and choosing "Remove".
- Other settings in your browser may also be incorrect. You can therefore use either private mode or another browser as a test.
