If you get an "Authentication denied" error message, try the following:
- First of all, make sure that you have entered the correct ID and the corresponding password correctly. You receive both data from your partner with whom you would like to connect.
- Note that you both need to run the program for a connection to be established.
- Also make sure that both computers are connected to the Internet.
