TeamViewer: Set up unattended access - how it works
In order to be able to permanently access a computer with TeamViewer, you must first set up the unattended access. You can find out how to do this in this practical tip.
Set up unattended access with TeamViewer - so it'll work
- Install TeamViewer on the PC on which you want to set up unattended access.
- Then click on "Connection"> "Set up unattended access".
- Then set the name and password for the computer you want to access later.
- For access to work, you must also add TeamViewer to your firewall.
- To connect, you need to add the computer you want to control remotely as a partner. To do this, first click on "Create account" and create a TeamViewer account.
- In the next step, enter the name of the computer that you specified in advance.
- As soon as it is on the partner list, you can establish the connection by right-clicking on the name> "Remote control".
