TeamViewer: set up whitelist and blacklist - how it works
If several people can access your computer automatically via TeamViewer, a whitelist and a blacklist can be worthwhile. We'll show you how to create the rules.
Set up whitelist and blacklist in TeamViewer
- Click on "Tools" in TeamViewer at the top and select the "Options".
- Go to the "Security" category on the left and click the "Configure" button below.
- Here you can now choose whether you want to allow or deny access (see picture).
- You can use the "Add" button to select individual contacts from your list.
- In this way, you can put contacts on the whitelist or blacklist in parallel.
- If you close the window with "Add" and "OK", your changes will be saved.
