Tele2: Moving is not considered extraordinary termination
At Tele2 it is not possible to terminate the contract extraordinarily due to a move. However, you can meet the agreed notice period.
- However, since this usually does not match the move, you should contact Tele2. Call the toll-free number 0185 99 88 13. You can reach them from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- It is best to describe the facts and try to find an individual solution.
- Tip: You can also report the move online. All you have to do is fill out a form.
