- Make sure the phone is not set to silent. You can check this by pressing and holding the [*] key.
- Alternatively, you can also check in the "Settings" of the phone under "Volume" whether the volume of the phone is set too low.
- You should also ensure in the phone settings that a valid ringtone is set for incoming calls.
- In some settings you can set up a power saving function for the phone. Deactivate this setting as these are often responsible for the error.
- You should also check the router to see if a "doorbell lock" is set under "Telephony".
- In order for the phone to ring, you must have set up the correct phone number in your router.
- If it is also not possible to make a phone call, you should have your provider check your number.
