You can easily find out the order status of your order or a tariff change at Telekom. We'll show you where you can find out how long it will take.
Request order status from Telekom - so it'll work
Order status can be queried for both existing and new customers.
- If you are a new customer and would like to find out about the status of your landline order, it is best to contact Telekom customer service.
- If you, as an existing customer, have made a tariff change or ordered new devices, you can log in with your data on this page and view the status.
- If you want to know where your mobile phone order is, go to this page. Select the parcel service there and then enter the tracking number. You can find this in the documents.
- You can track orders for mobile phone tariffs on this page. For this you need the order number, which you will also find in your documents.
- If you have any further questions, you can of course contact customer service at any time.
