Telekom Entertain - when television is no longer possible
- In the first instance, switch the Media Receiver off with the remote control and then switch it on again.
- If Entertain still does not work, you must restart the Media Receiver.
- Switch the receiver off again using the remote control.
- Then reach behind the media receiver and flip the toggle switch. It is best to wait a few seconds afterwards before pressing the toggle switch.
- The media receiver now restarts. This process can take several minutes.
If the reboot from the Telekom Media Receiver does not help
If restarting the media receiver does not help, your internet connection could be the cause of the problem.
- In that case, take a look at your speedport.
- Your DSL connection is not connected to the Internet when the DSL light is flashing.
- Sometimes the DSL connection resynchronizes. Therefore, wait about 15 minutes first.
- If you still have no signal, call the Telekom fault hotline on the free telephone number: 0800 33 01000
