Telekom customer center: login is not possible - what to do?
- First make sure that you are on the correct Telekom website. You can recognize this by the "https" in the browser at the top left.
- When entering your customer data, you should make sure that you have entered the correct data and that no typing errors have occurred.
- The Telekom customer center may not be available at the moment due to maintenance work or malfunctions.
- On the Allestault.de page you can see whether other users also have a problem. A fault is likely with many messages.
- You can also clear the browser cache as there may be problems here: clear cache on Chrome, clear cache on Firefox & clear cache on Internet Explorer
- You should also make sure that your browser is always up to date. Current browsers for free download can be found in our download portal.
