Send Telekom router back - that's how it works
If your contract with Telekom expires, you must send the router back. At least if you did not buy it, but only rented it. Fortunately, sending the router back is usually completely unproblematic.
Send router back to Telekom
If you have terminated your contract with Telekom on time, you will usually automatically receive a return slip with the cancellation confirmation.
- Alternatively, you have the option of filling out the return receipt for your router on the PC.
- To do this, you need your Telekom customer number, which you can find on your bills, among other things.
- After you have printed out the return receipt and glued it to your package, return the router to the post office.
- If you use Deutsche Telekom's return slip, you can return the router free of charge.
