Telekom blocks telephone connection - what to do?

Telekom: What to do if the telephone connection is blocked?
According to the law, there can be a block if the payments in arrears have a total amount of at least 75 euros. However, Telekom must inform you about the measure 2 weeks before the ban. Incoming calls are possible for another week. You still have to pay the basic fee.
- So that your connection is activated again, you should contact Deutsche Telekom as soon as possible.
- Pay your bill at Telekom and contact customer service by phone.
- You can reach this free of charge and around the clock on 0800 33 03000.
- As soon as you have paid the invoice and the money has been received by Telekom, your connection will automatically be activated again.
