You can call up the fault status at Telekom in different ways.
- General faults, such as a software update, are displayed on the help page for Deutsche Telekom faults. Here you can also see the status of this fault message.
- If you have reported a fault yourself, you can access the fault you have specified on the same page using the "View fault status" link.
- In order to be able to track the fault status, you have to log in with your access data. The login works either via your email address with a password or via your telephone and customer number.
- You may be able to rectify some faults yourself. Telekom's digital service assistant will help you with this.
