Telekom: Change tariff - how it works
If you would like to switch from your current Telekom tariff to another, this is usually free of charge. We show you when and how to do it.
Telekom: Switch between landline and internet tariffs
- You do not need to cancel the old tariff to change your fixed network or Internet tariff at Telekom. You can simply switch at the end of the term.
- You can arrange the change online in the Telekom Customer Center under the category "Connection & tariff" or by phone on the free number 0800 33 03000. The hotline is available daily from 7 a.m. to midnight.

Telekom: Change mobile phone tariff
- If the contract has not yet expired, the immediate change is only possible free of charge if the base price of the new tariff is at least 5 euros higher than that of the existing one.
- If you want to switch to a cheaper tariff before the contract expires, a different fee will apply depending on the tariff. You also cannot switch to an old tariff or from a data tariff to a language tariff.
- There are some other requirements for changing tariffs. There are also several exceptions and special regulations.
