If you have ordered a new telephone connection, you definitely need a Telekom technician to set it up.
- Place the order for the Internet or landline connection with your provider and make an appointment with a technician.
- Since Telekom needs a lead time for each appointment, it can take a week or two for the appointment to come about.
- The easiest way to make an appointment is to call the Telekom hotline.
Make an appointment as a Telekom customer
If you are a Telekom customer, you can make an appointment with the technician if you have a technical problem. Before ordering a technician, however, you should ask about the cost.
