Telekom: Book additional data volume - how it works

Depending on the tariff you have at Telekom, you have the option of booking additional data volume. The option is called SpeedOn and is offered by Telekom in various versions.

Book data volume with Telekom

If your monthly data volume is used up, you can only sneak through the network at a reduced DSL speed. In such a case, you have two options: either you switch to a higher tariff or you book the required data volume. At Telekom, the option is called "SpeedOn" and can be booked for the Call & Surf Comfort mobile phone contract.

• The price for the different SpeedOn packages is the same in the three tariff levels Data Comfort S, Data Comfort M and Data Comfort L. What differs in the tariff groups, however, is the data volume that you receive with SpeedOn.
• The booked data volume is available for 31 days. If you haven't used it up by then, it will expire. You can book the SpeedOn packages as often as you like.
• You can get the additional data volume either on Telekom's mobile website, or you can send an SMS with the keyword "Speed" to Telekom's speed dial 7277.
• If you use Telekom's mobile internet, you can also book data volumes. The terms are generally three months and range between around EUR 10 and EUR 25 depending on the contract.

Data Comfort S tariff - add data volume

Booking additional data volume in the Data Comfort S tariff:

• SpeedOn S costs around 10 euros. You will receive an additional 1.5 GB in the Data Comfort S tariff.
• SpeedOn M costs around 20 euros. You will receive an additional 5 GB in the Data Comfort S tariff.
• SpeedOn L costs around 30 euros. You will receive an additional 15 GB in the Data Comfort S tariff.

Data Comfort M tariff - add data volume

Booking additional data volume in the Data Comfort M tariff:

• SpeedOn S costs around 10 euros. You will receive an additional 3 GB for this.
• SpeedOn M costs around 20 euros. You will receive an additional 8 GB.
• SpeedOn L costs around 30 euros. You will receive an additional 25 GB.

lData Comfort L tariff - add data volume

Booking additional data volume in the Data Comfort L tariff:

• SpeedOn S costs around 10 euros. You will receive an additional 6 GB.
• SpeedOn M costs around 20 euros. You will receive an additional 15 GB.
• SpeedOn L costs around 30 euros. You will receive an additional 40 GB for this.
