Change text in the PDF document - how it works
A typing mistake or a comma too few - you can also change a PDF document later. Here we show you exactly how you can modify the text without having to resort to expensive software.
PDF: Change text online - it's free
With the free web tool PDFzorro you can correct texts in PDF files free of charge and without software:
- Upload the PDF file using the upload button at PDFzorro and wait until the green "Start" button appears.
- If you click the button, the PDF will appear in the thumbnail shortly afterwards. To edit the PDF, click on it once too.
- Now you can change individual letters, punctuation marks and even font and formatting.
- Finally, select "Save PDF" and download the finished file using the download button.

The professional tool Adobe Acrobat Pro enables you to change your text in the PDF document quickly and easily. But you don't have to use the 650 Euro software - you can also use the "PDF Editor". Completely free of charge, however, it only works with an import into text processing programs like LibreOffice.
