It is currently not yet possible to use Threema with one number on two devices. However, the developers plan to include this feature in one of the next updates.
The synchronization of chats currently offers, for example, the "Telegram" apps for iOS and Android, as well as the popular Samsung "ChatOn" app for Android and iOS.
