Threema: How to import a chat

If you have deleted a chat or deleted Threema, you can import old chats again at any time. In this practical tip, we will show you how it's done.

• If you have exported a chat in Threema, you can unfortunately not import this chat again in the same way. The export only works in one direction.
• You can only import old chats back into Threema using the associated backup. However, all other chats are reset to the status of the backup.
