Thunderbird: insert image into signature
With Thunderbird, you can attach an image to your email as a signature. We'll show you how to set up Thunderbird for this.
Set image as signature in Thunderbird
Instead of a text, you can insert an image at the end of the email. This will make a good and organized impression on your recipient.
- Right click on the email account in Thunderbird and select "Settings ...".
- In the settings window, check "Attach a file as signature instead". With "Browse ..." you can select a graphic. Make sure that the image is in GIF or PNG format. In addition, you should not use large files, as the signature is sent with every new email. Sending large images takes longer and uses more data.
- After confirming with "OK" you can compose a new email. If the correct account is selected, Thunderdbird will automatically attach the signature you have set to the email.
