After you have created the inboxes in Thunderbird, you can also connect the separate inboxes to a global inbox.
- To do this, click on "Account Settings" under "Tools".
- There, click on the "Server Settings" of the respective account that is to be added to the shared inbox.
- Click on "Advanced" on the right under "Server Settings".
- Here you can now select the global inbox or the local folder under "Inbox of another account".
- You must restart Thunderbird for the changes to take effect.
- Note: You can only manage the received e-mails in shared folders for accounts that are retrieved using the POP server.
