Thunderbird: Read password - so it'll work

In this practical tip we will explain how you can read out your password in the Thunderbird program. You do not need an additional tool for this. You can view the passwords of your email accounts in the program settings.
Thunderbird: Show passwords in the program
- To do this, click on "Tools" in the menu bar.
- Select the "Settings" in the opened menu.
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- At this point, click on the "Saved passwords" button and then in the new window on the bottom right on "Show passwords".
- Then confirm with "Yes" and your passwords will be displayed.
