Enable spam filter for Thunderbird account
- Click on "Tools" in the menu bar of Thunderbird.
- Select the "Account Settings" in the opened menu.
- Here you will find all the accounts you have set up. Click on the "Junk Filter" on the left of the respective account for which you want to activate the security feature.
- Finally, check "Activate junk filter for this account".
Mark individual emails as spam
You can also "train" the newly activated junk filter. Mark unwanted emails as junk:
- In the menu bar of the respective email you will find the "Junk" option in the top right corner.
