Thunderbird: How to use multiple address books
You can use several address books in Thunderbird to keep your contacts sorted.
How to create address books in Thunderbird
- Start Thunderbird. Click the "Show application menu" icon in the top right corner. Move the mouse to the "Tools" button. A context menu opens in which you will find the item "Address book". Select this entry.
- A new window opens with the name "Address Book". Click on "File" at the top left of the tab. In the menu, click on "New" and then on "Address Book".
- Now enter a name for your new address book. Confirm the name with "OK". Your newly created address book appears on the left side and you can fill it with contacts.
