Thunderbird: Attach the business card as a signature
If you don't want to type in your business card yourself in every email via Thunderbird, you can insert it as a signature. We'll show you how.
Thunderbird: Attach the business card as a signature
- Click on "Tools" in the menu bar at the top and select the "Account Settings".
- If the menu bar is not available, click on the menu button at the top right and activate the "menu bar" under "Settings".
- Select your email account in the account settings and activate the option "Attach business card to messages" below.
- Then click on the "Edit business card" button and enter all the required data here.
- Close the two windows with "OK".
