- The connection serves both as a display and as a data interface with a file transfer rate of up to 10 Gbit / s.
- For comparison: The Thunderbolt connection of a Mac has twice the data rate as the USB 3.0 competition. However, the connection is very expensive and not as common as USB 2.0 or 3.0.
