Toniebox flashes blue - you can do that
If your Toniebox flashes blue, it is in the WLAN function area. We will explain to you when the blue blinking of the box occurs and what you can then do.
Toniebox: Flashing blue
The Toniebox is a children's audio cube. All LED colors of the Toniebox are listed in the operating instructions. We have summarized the information about the blue flashing LED for you.
- As soon as you place the creative Toni on the activated and configured box (green steady light), the blue flashing signals that new content from the Toniecloud is being loaded onto the Toni.
- If you keep both ears of the activated Toniebox pressed for 5 seconds, the box starts to flash blue. After releasing, wait another 20 seconds. The blinking should automatically change to a blue pulsating. You will then be in connection mode. Now connect to the Toniebox WLAN via smartphone, PC or tablet. This is used to set or change the connection data in the box for your actual home WLAN. To do this, enter "my.tonies.de" in the browser. After you have confirmed your WLAN (with Internet access) in the browser, the box starts to flash blue again, then green to a steady green light.
- Flashing green or red (wrong WiFi password) indicates an error. The WLAN was not set up correctly. Restart the WiFi router and check the router settings. Try to set up the WiFi connection again (see number 2).
- If there are still problems with the box, you can contact customer support on the official Tonie website. Before that, you should try to reset the box. To do this, turn the toniebox upside down so that the ears point downwards. Do not use the charging station, unless your data on the box can be completely deleted. Press both ears for 10 seconds until you hear a beep. Then proceed as in number 2.
