Ubuntu opens Internet addresses with a default browser, which you can also change. We'll show you how to do it.
Setting the default browser under Ubuntu - How to proceed
- Open the Ubuntu system settings and click on the "Information" submenu.
- Select "Default Programs" on the left.
- If you use Ubuntu in English, the points are a little different. Follow the path "Details" -> "Default Applications" in the system settings.
- On the right side you will now find a dropdown menu next to "Web". There you select your new standard browser. You can then close the window without further confirmation.
