Ubuntu: Deactivate WiFi - how it works
In this article, we show you how to disable WiFi on Ubuntu. You only need two clicks.
Ubuntu: Deactivate WLAN - with just two clicks
- Click the WiFi icon in the top right corner of the Ubuntu menu bar.
- Select "Activate radio network" from the dropdown menu below.
- The tick to the left of it will now disappear and the WLAN is deactivated.
- To reactivate the WLAN, click again on the item "Activate radio network". Then the check mark is displayed again and the WLAN is switched on.
