Transfer contacts from Windows Phone to Android
If your contacts are on the SIM card, they can be transferred to the new smartphone in just a few simple steps.
- To do this, open the phone book on your Android device and tap on "Menu" below.
- Then select "Import / Export" and in the next step "Import from SIM".
- If you have not saved the contacts on the SIM card, you must export them. Then download the CSV file.
- You then have to "import" this under Google contacts on the left (see picture). This will give you the old contacts in your Google account.
Transfer Android pictures, videos and media from Windows Phone
- If your pictures, videos or media are on the SD card, you can simply insert them into the new smartphone and use them immediately.
- Alternatively, if you have always synchronized your photos with OneDrive, you can use the OneDrive app for Android to transfer the pictures and videos.
