Show unread mails in Outlook
How can you view all of your unread emails in Outlook at once? With Outlook 2013, this can be done with a click, with the 2010 version it is a bit more cumbersome. We explain both ways.
View unread emails in Outlook 2013
To view all of your unread emails in Outlook 2013, select the "Unread" button above your message list. This works in every order in your inbox. With a click on the "All" button, you also display the mails that you have already read.
View unread email in Outlook 2010
In Outlook 2010, you have to take a few small steps before you can check all of your unread mail at a glance.
- Check the inbox you want to search for unread email.
- Make sure you are on the Home tab.
- The "Search" group is on the far right of the ribbon. There you select "Filter E-Mail" and click on "Unread" (see picture).
