Unitymedia error code 102 - how to fix the problem
If your Unitymedia receiver reports error code 102 and the message "No program available", there are problems with reception. The error code says nothing about the exact cause. We'll show you how to find the sources of errors and how to get them back quickly.

- Switch off the receiver and completely disconnect it from the power. Only connect the device again after about two minutes.
