Unitymedia: Access data lost - you can do that

To log in to the Unitymedia customer center, you need your access data. If you have lost it, you can get it back in different ways. We'll show you how it's done.
Forgot Unitymedia password - so go ahead
- If you have only forgotten your password, but still know which email address you are logged in with, go to the Customer Center page in your browser.
- Enter your e-mail address. In "Personal data" you can either enter your last name, date of birth, IBAN or the activation code.
- With "Contract data" you have the choice between your customer number or the SmartCard number.
- If the information is correct, you will receive an email with a confirmation link for your new password.
Forgot access data - ask Unitymedia support
If you do not know your password or email, you can contact Unitymedia support with your customer number. How to find your Unitymedia customer number can be found in another article.
- You can reach the service hotline around the clock on number 0221/466 191 00 at the respective local rate.
- You can reach support free of charge from the Unitymedia network at 0800/700 11 77.
- Calling the hotline with the Unitymedia mobile connection is also free of charge. Here the phone number is 0176/888 663 10.
