- In principle, you should be able to prove that the delivery person did not ring the bell when making a complaint. Therefore, if possible, write down the time of the supposed delivery attempt.
- Then contact UPS Customer Service along with the package tracking number.
- You can reach UPS by phone at 01806-882663. A call costs 20 cents from a German landline or a maximum of 60 cents from a cell phone.
- To connect you more quickly with a customer advisor, say "More options" in the voice menu.
- Explain the situation to the employee and ask for a new delivery.
- If your complaint over the phone has failed, you should complain in writing.
- Send your letter to by fax. You can reach the parcel service by fax at 02131-9472222.
- If UPS does not respond to your letter, you can use the Consumer Center's official complaint portal.
- Tip: If you have delivery problems, also contact the sender of the package. Large mail order companies in particular can often do more than you in a phone call with the parcel service.
