UPS package does not arrive - what to do?
Are you expecting a UPS package but it just doesn't arrive? We'll show you what you can do in this case here.
UPS shipment tracking: Check shipment status
- Using a control number assigned to each package (usually starting with 1Z), you can track what happens to the shipment from the first scan.
- With the online shipment tracking you will also find out the approximate delivery date and the current location of your shipment. You do not need to register on the UPS homepage for this. This link takes you directly to online shipment tracking.
- This way you can quickly see whether the package might have been sent yesterday or if it might have been delivered to a neighbor.
