VideoPad: regulate the volume of the soundtrack
In VideoPad you can also adjust the volume of the soundtracks. Find out where you can find the function in the program in this article.
Adjust the volume of the soundtrack on VideoPad
By regulating the sound tracks in the "VideoPad Editor" you can let music run in the background without drowning out your videos. Here's how to do it:
- First add your video or audio files to the timeline. To do this, drag the files from the "Video Files" window into the timeline at the bottom of the screen.
- Each audio track has its own slider on the left. By default, this is 100% (far right). If you move the control to the left, the volume will decrease.
- Drag the files one below the other and click on the blue icon with the white line. This opens up the settings. In the picture on the right, the volume of the first track was set to 100% and 2 more sound tracks were added to 30% volume.
- You can then listen to the sequence in the "Sequence Preview" window and adjust the volume even more precisely.
