Mark videos on YouTube as private - how it works
Not all YouTube videos are intended for the public. You can therefore block private clips. In addition, you can hold back videos about the status "private" and publish them later. This is ideal, for example, if you want to present a video series to YouTube users on a weekly basis. We'll show you how to give this status to your videos here.
How to mark your YouTube videos as private
- Log in to YouTube and click on your avatar in the top right corner. Then select "YouTube Studio".
- In addition to the settings and your inbox, you will also find the Video Manager here. You have to call this up to change the public settings of the videos.
- Now you can see all the videos that you have uploaded to your YouTube account.
