If you no longer wish to use Vodafone's mobile phone insurance, you can cancel your contract. We'll show you what to look out for and how to send your cancellation.
Notice period for Vodafone mobile phone insurance
- Vodafone mobile phone insurance has a minimum term of 24 months. After the expiry of the term, you can terminate the insurance each month with 30 days' notice.
- The insurance is automatically canceled when the Vodafone contract for your smartphone expires. The contract is also terminated after a maximum term of five years.
- In the past, you can only get out of the contract if you cause two damage events within the first 12 months. However, please note that you pay a deductible of 35 to 70 euros for each damage event.
