Vodafone: Find customer number - how it works
You must provide your Vodafone customer number with all support requests. In this practical tip, we explain where you can find the number and what you can do if you no longer have access to your customer data.
Find Vodafone customer number
Your Vodafone customer number consists of a total of nine digits and is unique. You use this to authenticate yourself with customer service, among other things. You can find the customer number in three different ways:
- Online: Open this Vodafone website in your browser and log in with your online account. You will then find your personal customer number at the top right.
- Bill; Alternatively, you will find your customer number on every invoice you receive from Vodafone. Depending on your selection, you will receive your invoices either by post or by email.
- Order confirmation: Finally, your customer number is in the letterhead of your order confirmation for your Vodafone cable product. You will receive this by post after placing your order.
No access to the Vodafone customer number - what to do?
If you have not yet created an account with Vodafone and have no invoice or order confirmation at hand, you can find out your customer number last via Vodafone support. To do this, call customer service and ask for your customer number. The staff will then ask you for your data and then state the customer number or send it by letter.
