Block SIM card at Vodafone

• A 24-hour hotline is available to block your SIM card at Vodafone. Customers with a term contract dial the number 1212 from the Vodafone network. You can use the free phone number 0800 172 12 12 from all other German networks.
• Customers with a CallYa tariff can call 0172 229 02 29 to block the SIM card. For calls from abroad, use the number +49 172 229 02 29.
• For authentication you need your cell phone number and your customer or participant password.
