To enlarge the preview, you have to take a look at the registry editor:
- Press the [Windows] and [R] keys at the same time or search for the "execute" command via "Start".
- Type "regedit" and press the [Enter] key. Now the registry editor opens.
- In the left folder bar, navigate to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / Explorer /.
- Now select the "Taskband" folder.
- Right-click on an empty space on the right of the window and select "New" and then "DWORD value" (or "DWORD value (32 bit)" for 64-bit operating systems).
- Name the value "MaxThumbSizePx" and press [Enter].
- Open the value you just created with a double click and select "Decimal" instead of "Hexadecimal" in the dialog on the right. In the "Value" field, enter the desired width of the preview (the height will then automatically adjust). The value 400 should usually suffice.
- Click OK". To notice the changes, you must log out and log in to your user, or restart your computer.
