Google Play is the Google platform that offers apps, films, series, magazines, books and music.
- Google Play is already installed on Android devices such as tablets and smartphones. Google Play can also be accessed from the PC. To access Google Play you need a Google account. The "Google Play Store" gives you access to apps, music, films and more.
- The majority of the app offering on Google Play comes from independent developers. There are free and paid apps. This is a small program that you can use to receive messages, for example. The free apps are often financed by advertisements.
- Movies on Google Play can be purchased or rented for a limited time. The films are available in standard and usually also in HD quality. The same applies to TV series.
- With Google Play Music, Google offers a streaming service as well as an online shop for music. You can also use it to manage your own music.
- You can save up to 50, 000 pieces of music online from your PC in the cloud and access them from your smartphone, tablet and PC. Songs and albums purchased on Google Play can also be stored in the cloud free of charge. The songs can also be saved offline so that you can listen to them on the go.
