Apple TV: New features with tvOS 9.2
tvOS 9.2 is available now. If you have activated the automatic update, the new version will be installed. You can find the update manually under "System" and "Software updates".
- As known from the iPhone and iPad, you can sort apps into folders with the new tvOS version.
- You can now use conventional Bluetooth keyboards as a Siri remote alternative for text input.
- Instead of a Bluetooth keyboard, you can now also use the dictation function for text and password input.
- The iCloud photo library is now fully supported. So far it was only possible to view the personal photo stream or shared albums. Live photos taken with the iPhone 6s are now also supported.
- The multitasking display that appears when the home button is pressed twice has been redesigned and is now similar to that under iOS 9.
