No access to WD My Cloud - what to do?
- Make sure the My Cloud is properly connected to the router and turned on.
- The network cable used may be defective. Replace it as a test.
- Or the router is causing this connection error. Disconnect it from the power supply for about 10 seconds and try again.
- In most cases, the problem can be solved by briefly switching the My Cloud off and then on again.
- You can also try resetting the server. Press and hold the reset button on the back for several seconds.
