How to find out your process location type
- First open the "Control Panel" using the Windows key (formerly "Start").
- Click "System and Security" and then select "System". Alternatively, you can also use the key combination [Windows key] + [Pause] to get to the basic information of your computer.
- Here you can already find the processor types in the "System" area, such as "Pentium Dual Core CPU T4500 2x 2.3 GHz" (see picture).
- Alternatively, you can also download and install the free software "CPU-Z". This program reveals a lot of information about the hardware of your PC, including the processor.
