WhatsApp has unfortunately ended - what helps?
- Clear cache: Open "Application Manager" or "Apps" in "Settings" and select "WhatsApp". Tap the "Clear cache" button here and start WhatsApp again.
- Delete data: If this does not help, you can "delete data" instead of the cache.
- Installation: If WhatsApp continues to cause problems, you should completely uninstall the application. Then download the current WhatsApp version.
- File Explorer: Uninstall WhatsApp, download an app like ES File Explorer and open the path "/ sdcard / WhatsApp /". Delete the entire "WhatsApp" folder and reinstall WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp Plus: If WhatsApp no longer wants to run on your smartphone, you still have to switch to WhatsApp Plus. This is a slightly modified version with numerous additional functions. If you do not make any further settings, WhatsApp Plus is no different from WhatsApp.
