This is what a digital wallet at Skrill offers you
- Skrill offers a prepaid payment method that works much like PayPal's.
- You set up a so-called "digital wallet" at Skrill and can then use it to pay without having to reveal your bank details when shopping online, for example.
- However, you must of course ensure that your digital wallet is always well filled accordingly.
- Once a money transaction has been carried out, you can no longer cancel it. As a verified customer, you can send a maximum of EUR 10, 000 per transaction.
- In order to become a verified customer at Skrill, you have to activate a so-called security token. You will then need a corresponding PIN in order to be able to access your Skrill account. In the event of misuse, however, you will get the money back from the e-banking company.
- With Skrill, you can also transfer money to someone who doesn't have an account with the company. All you have to do is enter the recipient's email address, who then opens an account with Skrill and then receives the amount you have transferred.
